Opening for a Bookkeeper-Accountant specializing in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) for company in Brickell.

Location : Brickell

Schedule : The option of In-office, Hybrid or Remote available

Salary $65-$70,000

The ideal candidate can manage AP & AR, maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth transactions for a wholesale distribution business. With strong organization skills keeping data updated for daily reports on account balances and aging. Proficiency in both English and Spanish highly needed. Duties include :

• Manage and process accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Handle accounts receivable activities, including invoicing and follow-up on outstanding payments.
• Reconcile bank accounts to maintain accurate financial records.
• Monitor and maintain financial data in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to AP and AR for management review.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure seamless financial operations.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain an organized filing system for financial documents and records.
• Communicate with vendors and customers to address inquiries and payment issues.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

Proven experience in bookkeeping, with a focus on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Strong proficiency in reconciling bank accounts and financial records

Proficent with keeping financials up to date for daily reports

Experience in the wholesale distribution industry is a plus
