Key Responsibilities :
Own and grow a portfolio of high-ARR strategic accounts
Develop and execute strategic account plans to ensure customer success, retention, and expansion
Build strong executive relationships by aligning software products with customer goals
Required Qualifications :
10+ years of experience managing and growing strategic accounts
Deep understanding of product customer success, GEO, and digital marketing strategies
Hands-on experience managing a CMS and expertise in website best practices
Demonstrated success in nurturing and expanding account portfolios
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master's preferred
