ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary :

• Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.?
• Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management .
• Provides prompt, courteous service to guests while maintaining a friendly and pleasant atmosphere.
• Provides quality service to both internal and external guests, specifically maintaining established quality standards for timely food and beverage.
• Maintaining established quality standards for timely food and beverage service.
• Places order with bartender, inspects order for quality, collects and adds appropriate garnish , places on tray and serves to patrons
• Upsells and suggestively sells menu items, specials and beverages at all times.
• Performs prep tasks when not serving guests by helping to stock items or clean work areas.
• Enforces customer limit regulations in a firm and courteous manner
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned .

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required .

• High School Diploma or GED .
• Two years of beverage service experience in a high volume pool, dayclub , or nightclub environment preferred .
• Previous modeling experience in a dayclub and / or nightclub environment preferred .
• Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate.
• Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
• Excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints, with particular attention to detail.
• Effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills and good public relations skills with a good personality, enjoying opportunities to work with and assist people.
• Proper mental attitude to deal effectively with guests, management, vendors and employees while working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
• Must be able to withstand extreme sun & heat, cold, and inclement weather for long periods of time throughout the day.
• Working knowledge of a Point-of-Sale (POS) System preferred . Experience with Micros highly preferred.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents i n English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also be required .

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

C ERTIF ICATES, LICENSES & REGISTRATIONS

Employee must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations : Nevada G aming License (Club Venu e), Nevada Alcohol Awareness Card , and Nevada Health Card are required .
