JOB SUMMARY :

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Program Manager to join our Marketing Programs team in San Diego. This role is responsible for driving the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic marketing initiatives, from planning and execution through to delivery and optimization. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, agencies, and technical teams to deliver high-quality outcomes that support business growth

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Strategic Planning & Program Development : Build comprehensive program plans coveriang all stages of the marketing process strategy inception, tech deployment, agency collaboration, campaign launch, and ongoing support.
• Cross-Functional Coordination : Lead and facilitate operational rhythms across diverse stakeholders, including strategy, measurement, data science, creative, publishers, and agencies.
• Communication & Decision Making : Ensure clear, consistent communication across all levels of the program, enabling timely decisions and alignment with business objectives.
• Execution & Delivery Management : Monitor execution, manage risks, and address interdependencies to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality results.
• Resolution & Management : Navigate ambiguity with confidence by providing clarity, direction, and solutions to keep programs on track.

Must have Skills

Industry Experience :

Marketing program management experience within matrixed, cross-functional organizations is highly desirable to successfully execute large-scale initiatives.
