What You'll Do :

Lead month-end close and financial statement preparation

Manage cash flow, AP, and AR

Review costing on new job quotes

Supervise and mentor the accounting team

Drive budget processes and coordinate audits

What We're Looking For :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Senior accounting experience (manufacturing preferred)

Strong Excel and ERP skills

Proven leadership and communication abilities
