Full-time Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
$20 per hour to start based on experience

Responsibilities :
- Bathroom maintenance
- Seasonal landscaping / snow removal
- Painting
- Minor electrical repairs / building equipment
- General maintenance
Requirements :
- Experience in light electrical, plumbing, painting and remodeling
- Handle all aspects of building maintenance and repairs
- Complete repairs in a timely fashion while keeping a clean work environment
- Working within a budget
- Act as a liaison between the management team and outside vendors
- Must have experience with electrical and carpentry work
- Clean driving record
