As an HR Coordinator , you’ll play a key role in creating a smooth, positive, and professional experience for every new team member who joins our Arizona offices. From offer acceptance through onboarding and orientation, you’ll ensure each new hire feels welcomed, supported, and ready to succeed.

Our HR Coordinators are critical to the success of our offices and the quality of care we deliver to our clients —because every great employee experience begins with a strong, well-supported start. You’ll work closely with our Recruiters and Customer Care Managers to streamline processes, maintain compliance, and continuously improve how we bring people into our organization. Responsibilities

What You’ll Do :

  • Manage the onboarding process from offer acceptance through orientation
  • Ensure all pre-employment screenings are completed and tracked
  • Maintain accurate employee files and compliance documentation
  • Communicate with new hires and managers to keep onboarding on track
  • Support recruiting and hiring events as needed
  • Required Skills

    What You’ll Bring :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ year of HR or onboarding experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
  • Experience with ADP, WorkBright or similar HR systems a plus
