Your Role

Develop and execute strategic, consumer-focused growth plans for surgical services

Collaborate across hospitals, ambulatory centers, urgent care, and surgical centers to drive service line growth

Partner with executive leadership to prepare business cases, oversee capital planning, and ensure quality resources

Provide leadership to support patient outcomes, program development, and operational efficiency
