This position is responsible for providing consumers such as clinical staff and patients, with accurate, up-to-date information regarding products, services, and general procedures. Scheduling & Registration Coordinators will also be responsible for :
We ask that our Scheduling & Registration Coordinators always contribute a positive first impression to each patient and family care member that walks through the door. To excel in this position, we ask that you be able to use a variety of software packages which include the Electronic Medical record, scheduling and registration systems, ABN, eligibility, document management software, etc.
Required Qualifications
We aim to continue the high-quality work that we pride ourselves on and ask that anyone interested in this position have a High School Diploma or GED. PC knowledge and interpersonal, verbal, and written communication is recommended as well as a minimum of six months of experience in customer service or a healthcare environment. Experience with Windows, Excel, and Intranet / internet navigation tools, medical terminology, coding, and third-party reimbursement experience is preferred.
