Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and Chevrolet of Bend dealerships are seeking an experienced Business Office Manager with strong Accounting & Management background.

Responsibilities
- Be a financial thought partner to the dealerships; develop and maintain a positive relationship with store leadership and manufacturer representatives.
- Ensure dealership is operating within financial guardrails
- Communicate risk and opportunity with operational leaders
- Ensure financial processes are in place to support new or evolving business initiatives
- Understand manufacturers Excellence Objectives and work with the GM to ensure achievement
- Ensure compliance with internal controls
- Responsible for accurate store financials, ensure regular reviews of operational income statements, etc.

Who are we looking for?
- 3-5 years previous experience as a Business Office Manager or Controller
- Auto Industry / dealership experience preferred
- Experience driving business results through financial interpretation required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or commensurate experience preferred
- Experience driving business results through financial interpretation
- Experience leading teams
- A business partner with great communication skills and strong business acumen to bring solutions in collaborative working relationships.
- Both a player & coach with the ability to bring credibility, confidence and leadership.
- Thrives in a changing and growing department. Performs well with ambiguity and sees opportunities to improve processes and grow.
