Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Manage insurance renewals, claims, and workers' compensation processes.
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and filings.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
- Analyze settlement processes to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align financial goals with organizational strategy.
- Monitor and manage cash flow.
- Lead audits and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
