We are seeking an experienced ETL / Informatica Senior Specialist to lead data migration efforts from legacy systems to SAP or other ERP platforms.
This role involves planning, executing, and validating complex ETL processes while ensuring data integrity and supporting cross-functional teams throughout the migration lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and manage data migration projects from legacy systems to SAP or other ERP platforms.
- Develop data migration strategies, timelines, and execution plans.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and completeness throughout the migration process.
- Execute data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes using Informatica.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define specifications.
- Conduct post-migration data validation and reconciliation.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during migration activities.
- Document data migration processes, methodologies, and runbooks.
- Support cutover planning and execution for migration phases.
Required Qualifications :
Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with Informatica development.12 years of experience working on SAP or other ERP migration projects.Proven expertise in creating complex ETL jobs and workflows.Experience in setting up and supporting Informatica jobs and ETL environments.Strong background in data management and migration within SAP environments.Proficiency in data analysis and reconciliation to ensure migration accuracy.Experience with cutover planning and preparation of migration runbooks.Bachelors degree or equivalent (4 years of relevant college education).Preferred Qualifications :
Familiarity with enterprise data governance and compliance standards.Experience working in cross-functional teams during large-scale migrations.Email ID
