The role of the Senior Manager, HCP, will be instrumental in expanding our footprint in the Canadian market. Working as a part of the North America commercial team, this role will define the go-to-market strategies needed to accelerate our ambitious growth targets. This role will take charge of devising and executing HCP marketing strategies to enable product expansion across Canada, supporting sales to execute commercial strategy effectively along with the development and deployment of marketing collateral.
This role requires a deep understanding of the diabetes market, prescriber landscape, and its respective customer segments category along with experience in developing marketing strategies and campaigns to drive adoption and usage of our products.
You will be responsible for the design and execution of HCP marketing strategy, aligning it with the overall marketing and commercial strategy, to maximize brand awareness and recommendation amongst health care practitioners.
- Lead the strategy and execution for HCP marketing, inclusive of personal and nonpersonal channels
- Lead the launch of omnichannel marketing in Canada aiding our sales efforts and creating a cohesive experience for our customers
- Development and execution of marketing collateral including digital and print assets
- Lead HCP conference management
- Working closely with Professional Education & KOL management teams, develop advisory plans, professional education strategies & programs.
- Define the promotional strategy to disseminate key selling messages to respective target audiences
- Establish KPIs for all programs, create results forecasts, and track performance to ensure marketing plans are delivering expected business outcomes
- Build, lead, motivate and mentor the team to deliver excellence & consistency in activation across all regions
- Provide strong project management / leadership on key projects and communications activities and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time with a high level of quality, in accordance with Compliance, Legal and Regulatory requirements
What makes you successful :
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field.10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare marketingDemonstrated experience in healthcare provider and digital marketingDemonstrated knowledge of the diabetes landscape in CanadaDemonstrable record of leadership in marketing including business plan development, product launches, defining and controlling of marketing budgetsIn-depth understanding of the diabetes market and the specific needs and preferences of healthcare professionals.Experience of managing relationships with industry partners & leading marketing efforts across multiple regions.Strong knowledge of CGM technology and its application in diabetes management.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and informative presentations and content.Data-driven mindset, leveraging insights to inform decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.Fluent in both English and French is a plus.What you'll get :

Experience and Education Requirements :
Typically requires a Bachelors Degree with 13+ of industry experience.2+ years of previous people management experience.2+ years of previous healthcare provider marketing experience.Remote Workplace : Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles / 120km).
