Facilities Coordinator

The Facilities Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of maintenance and repair services, while consistently maintaining client satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and repair services.
• Provide 24 / 7 emergency call support and site attendance, adhering to incident reporting protocols.
• Support work order management for both in-house staff and vendors.
• Drive the development and implementation of best practices and innovations in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM).
• Assist in the development and management of operating and capital budgets, and support projects.
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of annual management plans.
• Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for clients is completed accurately.

Work Environment :

Work in a Class-B office building within the Domain. The position offers a regular Monday to Friday schedule from 9am to 6pm, with some flexibility in hours and no weekend work. Emergency on-call duties are as needed.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
