Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information promptly and accurately.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify and report trends in customer feedback to improve overall service quality.
Requirements :
