Creative and Social Media Specialist

Role Overview : The Creative Team is responsible for developing visually compelling and engaging content for digital marketing campaigns, including graphics, videos, and copywriting.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conceptualize and design creative assets for various digital channels, including social media, websites, email, and display advertising.
- Develop engaging copywriting and messaging that resonates with target audiences and aligns with campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with other teams to understand client briefs, brainstorm ideas, and deliver high-quality creative solutions.
- Stay updated on design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve creative output.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all creative materials.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, communications, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in graphic design, copywriting, or content creation within a digital marketing environment.
- Proficiency in design software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and knowledge of video editing tools.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Hourly Rate : $28
Please note that this position is for a contractor role with Caliber Sourcing. Contractors are engaged on a temporary basis and are not considered employees of Caliber Sourcing.
As a contractor, you will have the flexibility to work remotely and manage your own schedule while contributing to exciting projects and initiatives.
