Base pay range

$120,000.00 / yr - $130,000.00 / yr

Our client is seeking a hands-on Engineering Group Leader to oversee and support process engineering activities in a GMP manufacturing environment. This role will lead a small team, mentor and guide engineers, and ensure projects are executed effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to determine work prioritization and timelines to support the production schedule.
• Provide ongoing coaching for process engineers on effective communication with external clients, internal leadership, interdepartmental cross-functional teams, and operators.
• Partner with Engineering Fellow to define engineering best practices and implement them consistently across the department.
• Partner with Engineering Fellow and Leadership to drive continuous improvement
• Continuously improve documentation systems to increase efficiency and compliance with cGMP and / or other regulatory requirements.
• Develop the process engineering team with a focus on trainings and skill development.
• Provide ongoing performance coaching for team members and complete annual performance reviews.
