Internal Secure Access Product Manager
Within Oracle, our Enterprise Engineering organization is responsible for building and managing the critical infrastructure, platforms, and services that empower Oracle's global workforce. The Internal Secure Access product is a cornerstone of this effort, providing Oracle employees and systems with secure, reliable, and streamlined access to internal resources, development environments, and corporate data. Oracle is seeking a seasoned and visionary Senior Principal Product Manager to lead and drive the strategy, roadmap, and adoption for Oracle's Internal Secure Access. This role demands deep expertise in security principles, enterprise IT infrastructure, and a passion for enhancing developer productivity and internal user experience.
Responsibilities :
- Internal Product Vision & Strategy :
- Define and champion a long-term vision and strategy for Oracle's Internal Secure Access platform.
- Roadmap & Prioritization :
- Develop, own, and manage a multi-year product roadmap focused on internal user needs, security enhancements, operational stability, and engineering productivity.
- Internal Stakeholder & User Intimacy :
- Serve as a leading expert on the secure access needs of Oracle's diverse internal engineering teams and other employee segments.
- Technical Leadership & Solution Design :
- Partner closely with senior internal architects and engineering leads to drive innovation in our internal access solutions.
- Internal Adoption & Change Management :
- Collaborate with internal communications, training, and support teams to develop and execute effective strategies for driving adoption of new secure access features and platforms.
- Security Posture Enhancement :
- Work in lockstep with Oracle's corporate security teams to ensure the Internal Secure Access platform implements the latest security best practices.
- Executive & Stakeholder Management :
- Effectively communicate product strategy, roadmap, progress, and risks to senior executive stakeholders.
- Operational Excellence & Efficiency :
- Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of internal secure access solutions.
- Mentorship & Team Development :
- Provide guidance and mentorship to other product managers or team members.

US : Hiring Range in USD from : $115,400 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
