Product Marketing Associate

Key Responsibilities
- Support competitive research and analysis to help Trax stay ahead of market trends and emerging threats.
- Deliver actionable insights that inform product strategy, positioning, and sales enablement.
- Partner with internal teams to gather customer feedback and market signals.
- Help craft compelling value propositions and enablement materials for sales teams.
- Contribute to product launches with competitive context and positioning support.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to product, sales, and executive stakeholders.
- Track and report on the impact of competitive intelligence initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.12 years of experience in product marketing, market research, or competitive intelligence.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and competitive intelligence platforms (e.g., Crayon, Klue, SimilarWeb).Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B SaaS industry.Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce).Passion for storytelling and translating data into strategic insights.Who We Are
