Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor – 3pm–11pm Shift

Jupiter Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center – Jupiter, FL

Jupiter Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the 3pm–11pm shift to oversee and coordinate nursing care in accordance with physician orders, standards of nursing practice, and regulatory guidelines.

This role includes supervision of licensed and non-licensed staff to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide leadership and clinical supervision to nursing staff during the 3pm–11pm shift

Ensure each resident / patient receives nursing care as prescribed and in compliance with state and federal regulations

Promote and demonstrate exceptional customer service when interacting with residents, families, staff, and medical providers

Uphold and model values such as compassion, respect, honesty, teamwork, and accountability

Advocate for resident rights in all interactions

Communicate clearly and professionally, using active listening and proper chain of command as needed

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, contributing effectively to care planning and problem-solving

Validate and enhance clinical decision-making and nursing skills through ongoing learning and inquiry

Qualifications :

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida

Prior supervisory experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility is preferred

Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a resident-focused mindset

Shift : 3 : 00pm – 11 : 00pm (Evening Shift)

Compensation : Competitive – Based on Experience
