A company is looking for a Project Coordinator / Executive Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to VPs, including scheduling, correspondence, and travel management
Coordinate and track Project Bridge initiatives and maintain a master calendar of activities
Facilitate communication between Project Bridge and cross-functional teams, capturing decisions and follow-up actions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
5+ years of experience in executive support and / or program coordination
Experience in a fast-paced, technology-enabled organization preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and digital collaboration tools
Familiarity with data visualization or KPI tracking tools is a plus
