The VP, Global Executive Search is a highly strategic and pivotal role in UKG's growth as a company. This position reports to the VP, Global Talent Acquisition and will be a critical leadership team member in developing a world-class executive, employee, and team experience. We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee the strategy and teams responsible for hiring senior leaders across the enterprise through a results-oriented, hands-on approach.

Leadership and Strategy

Develop and implement the overall executive recruitment strategy in alignment with the company's growth objectives. Lead, mentor, and manage executive recruiters and a talent advisory / research team. Establish best practices for executive search processes becoming market, talent, and industry experts. Deep analytical, market intelligence, and established "contacts" networks. Experience connecting and fully integrating executive leadership talent strategies. Deeply embedded in executive presentations, succession planning and talent management.

Executive Search

Oversee the entire lifecycle of executive search assignments, from client briefing to candidate placement. Partner with senior leadership and HR business partners to understand talent needs and create customized, targeted search strategies. Utilize a wide range of sourcing techniques, including networking, direct sourcing, and leveraging external search firms when necessary.

Stakeholder Management

Build strong relationships with senior leaders to gain insights into the organizational culture and executive leadership needs. Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations on potential candidates. Manage relationships with external search firms and ensure they meet company standards for quality and diversity.

Candidate Experience

Ensure a world-class executive candidate experience. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
