Senior Order Specialist

A company is looking for a Senior Order Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the processing of Access Service Requests (ASRs) and Local Service Requests (LSRs)

Interface with customers to resolve discrepancies and provide updates on order status

Coordinate the escalation of orders and provision network builds for new and existing carriers

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred

Minimum of seven years of telecommunications experience required

Minimum of three years of experience in commercial customers' order operation or billing support management

Knowledge of ASOG and LSOG guidelines

Experience with fiber, Ethernet, and TDM / SONET networks technology is an asset
