About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Shift : Night

Hours per Shift : 12 hours

Experience : Minimum of 2 years

License : Valid state license required

Certifications : ACLS, BLS, NIHSS

Must-Have :

Charge experience is required.

Clinician must have more than MICU experience.

Additional experience in other specialized ICUs preferred, such as Surgical, Trauma, Shock, or Neuro ICU.

Ratios are 1 : 2.

First-timers are accepted.

Weekend requirements are as needed.

Floating between like units is required.

Candidate must agree to float within the facility or to affiliate hospitals.

RTO must be included at the time of submission.

Facility may be able to call off once per two-week pay period.

Candidates are expected to float between facilities within a given state.

Refusal to float may result in termination of assignment.

Must commit to working three of the five holidays : Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.

References include two supervisory references covering one year within the last three years.

Candidates must disclose any license or background hits up front at the time of submission.
