The Role

As a Technical Recruiter, you will be a key player in building Machina Labs' teams. Youll own the full-cycle recruiting process across concurrent searches, driving top-of-funnel sourcing, candidate experience, and closing. This role requires equal parts operator and relationship-builderyoull partner with hiring managers to ensure alignment and deliver A-player talent that raises the bar for our organization.

What Youll Do

• Source & Pipeline : Drive a proactive sourcing strategy, building diverse candidate pipelines across , referrals, and creative channels.
• Full-Cycle Recruiting : Manage requisitions from intake to close, including screening, scheduling, interview coordination, and offers.
• Hiring Manager Partnership : Run weekly syncs, provide market insights, and offer proactive recommendations on job descriptions, comp ranges, and candidate profiles.
• Candidate Experience : Deliver a best-in-class process with timely updates, clear communication, and respectful candidate interactions.
• Process Mastery : Maintain ATS hygiene (Lever), leverage templates and automations, and enable clear reporting on pipeline health and time-to-fill.
• Closing & Offers : Manage candidate expectations, communicate Machina Labs' value proposition and drive a strong offer acceptance rate.
