Serena Business Manager Engineer

A company is looking for a Serena Business Manager Platform Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Technical / Solutions Architects and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into ALM strategies

Work with functional teams to assess requirements feasibility and contribute to design improvements

Execute test plans and participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to coding standards

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience with Serena Business Manager (SBM) ALM solutions or similar platforms

3+ years of experience in an ALM admin / engineer role

Ability to establish and promote SBM standards and best practices

Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams

Understanding of DoD and government security standards and policies
