The Role
The HR & Operations Coordinator supports the systems that make Anchor Health run. This being our people, our processes, and our physical spaces. This role ensures every employee has a smooth, well-supported experience from onboarding to daily operations.
The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, and adaptable as someone who brings structure without rigidity and understands that operational excellence and people experience are two sides of the same coin.
