Position : Creative Project Coordinator

Client : A Swoon client, leader in the fintech industry

Location : 100% Remote (U.S. based)

Contract Duration : 3 months (possibility of extension)

Rate : Up to $60 / hr W2 no C2C or 1099

About the Role

We’re hiring a Creative Project Coordinator to join the Creative & Optimization Strategy team of a leading fintech client. This team is responsible for developing creative briefs, aligning business priorities, and coordinating cross-functional efforts across creative and media teams. Your role will be focused on execution, coordination, and process improvement , not on strategy development.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a Creative Ops or Digital PM background looking to contribute to a fast-paced team and help scale workflows and delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the handoff of creative assets to paid media / channel teams (e.g., Meta, Google, YouTube)
• Work closely with strategists to support the execution of creative briefs
• Identify and resolve missing elements or blockers in the brief lifecycle
• Maintain and document SOPs for key workflows (e.g., handoff processes)
• Manually update team reports and trackers in Google Sheets
• Communicate across strategy, creative, and media teams to ensure timelines are met
• Surface opportunities to improve team workflows and documentation
