Superside is looking for Creative Project Managers to join our Creative Services department. In this role, you will craft and execute creative strategies and assets for some of the world’s most innovative companies. You will take ownership of key accounts from day one, all within a global remote community focused on the future of creative work.

This is a fast-paced role that will allow you to embrace innovation and AI for creativity while navigating a steep learning curve.

What You'll Do

• Manage 20+ creative projects at a time—from strategy to concept to production.
• Handle all aspects of project management, including scoping, budgeting, planning, coordination, and execution.
• Clarify customer needs and objectives, then turn them into creative recommendations and concise briefs.
• Build and empower high-performing account teams, collaborating seamlessly with the Creative team.
• Partner with customers to help them leverage our creative teams\' capabilities and achieve their business goals.
• Uncover opportunities to use AI to improve workflows and outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for upgrades and expansion, while also mitigating churn risk to ensure client retention.
• Motivate the creative team to deliver an excellent customer experience on every project.
• Continuously learn, develop, and grow yourself and others.
