Senior Sponsorship Sales Executive

WBR Insights | Hybrid Graybar Building, New York City, T-Th In-Office

Base Salary : $100,000

Y1 OTE : $140,000+

Were hiring a Senior Sponsorship Sales Executive to join our high-performing team. This is a strategic, consultative sales role where youll sell strategic partnerships to enterprise clients and play a pivotal role in shaping their go-to-market, demand, and pipeline strategies.

What Youll Do

  • Product Knowledge : Demonstrate extremely well-versed product, industry, and community knowledge within the verticals we serve
  • Pipeline Growth and Qualification : Consistently identify, qualify, and build a pipeline of potential customers that can drive new business, and grow current business
  • Own The Full Sales Cycle : Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close enterprise-level demand generation packages custom reports, webinars, content syndication and more.
  • Customer Engagement : Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their needs and providing digital solutions.
  • Focus on Growth : Drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells that expand client investment year over year, achieving and exceeding individual revenue targets and KPIs
  • Data Analysis and Reporting : Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) from digital marketing campaigns and sales activities.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with product, marketing and sales teams to select topics, develop compelling content, optimize the sales funnel, refine strategies, and coordinate promotional efforts.
  • Attend Events : Represent WBR Insights at key industry events, strengthening client relationships, and building new ones.

What Were Looking For

  • 5-7 years of success in sponsorship, digital media, or B2B demand generation sales.
  • Experience in pitching to CMOs, Marketing Directors, or Heads of Demand Generation, Product Marketing
  • Digital Marketing Expertise : A strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and platforms.
  • Experience in both inside and face-to-face sales
  • Consistent track record of exceeding $1M+ annual quotas .
  • Experience selling integrated, content-driven campaigns.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-level buyers.
