This role offers the opportunity to lead and shape the evolution of advanced contact center solutions for healthcare and enterprise environments. You will drive the strategic vision and execution of product initiatives, ensuring that solutions align with market needs, regulatory requirements, and user expectations. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, customer success, and sales, you will influence both current product improvements and next-generation innovations. This position allows you to combine strategic leadership with hands-on product development, translating customer insights and market trends into actionable product roadmaps. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency, clinical communication workflows, and the overall adoption of transformative healthcare solutions. The role requires balancing enterprise-level objectives with tactical execution while fostering collaboration and innovation across multiple teams.
Accountabilities :
- Define and execute the overall product strategy and vision for contact center solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and market opportunities.
- Own multi-year product roadmaps and short-term release plans, balancing innovation with operational scalability.
- Lead end-to-end product initiatives from discovery, requirements gathering, design, and build to launch and post-launch evaluation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, sales, marketing, professional services, and support to deliver high-quality products.
- Engage with customers and industry leaders to incorporate market insights, voice-of-customer feedback, and regulatory considerations into product decisions.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable initiatives with measurable outcomes, including business cases, pricing strategies, and operational deployment planning.
- Foster innovation by identifying opportunities for AI, ML, and next-generation platform enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations, including HIPAA, accessibility, and industry-specific guidelines.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.5–7 years of data-driven product management experience in complex product environments.Proven experience driving legacy product transformation to next-generation solutions (hybrid cloud / on-premise, RESTful APIs, modern UI / UX).Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical and administrative systems, IT and telecom integration, and contact center operations.Hands-on, self-starter with excellent project planning, leadership, and execution skills.Experience with product roadmapping, release planning, feature prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration.Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, executives, and customers.Willingness to travel up to 20% for client and industry engagements.Exposure to AI, conversational AI, agentic AI, ML, or LLMs applied to product platforms is a plus.Benefits
