This role provides a unique opportunity to lead the strategy, development, and commercialization of cutting-edge oncology products. You will drive the full product lifecycle, from defining roadmaps and prioritizing features to analyzing performance and enhancing product offerings. Collaborating with cross-functional teams across R&D, engineering, clinical, marketing, and operations, you will ensure products deliver maximum value to healthcare providers and patients. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a dynamic environment, directly influencing patient care and advancing innovative solutions in oncology. You will also gather market insights and customer feedback to validate product direction and ensure competitive differentiation. Accountabilities :
- Develop and execute the product roadmap for oncology-focused solutions, prioritizing initiatives that balance customer needs and operational feasibility.
- Collaborate with R&D, engineering, clinical, marketing, regulatory, and business development teams to ensure successful product execution.
- Monitor product performance, define key metrics, analyze data, and implement strategies for continuous improvement and market competitiveness.
- Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analyses to guide product development and validate features.
- Identify new business opportunities, create financial models, and develop business cases to support strategic investments.
- Communicate product vision, progress, and roadmap updates to internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering cross-functional alignment.
- Facilitate collaboration across teams to ensure seamless product launches and successful commercialization efforts.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Statistics, Engineering, or related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in product management, product marketing, commercialization, or strategic consulting.Proven experience in oncology products, diagnostics, or medical devices, particularly molecular testing or somatic biomarker testing.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams.Excellent project and process management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging data to inform decisions and identify market opportunities.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.Basic financial modeling skills and the ability to develop business cases are a plus.Benefits
