This role offers a strategic leadership opportunity to shape the next generation of AI-driven e-commerce solutions. You will own the product vision and roadmap across discovery, merchandising, personalization, and feed management, driving innovation with autonomous AI agents to optimize customer experiences. The position requires balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and data science. You will mentor a high-performing product team, align product initiatives with business goals, and deliver measurable impact on conversion, engagement, and customer lifetime value. Accountabilities :
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for discovery, merchandising, personalization, and feed management.
- Align product strategy with business growth objectives, market opportunities, and integration of newly acquired products.
- Partner with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver enterprise-grade, scalable solutions.
- Drive innovation in personalization, recommendations, search, and feed management while balancing short-term delivery with long-term vision.
- Lead transformation toward Agentic Commerce, leveraging AI agents to optimize customer journeys.
- Mentor and grow a high-performing product management team, fostering clarity, alignment, and accountability.
- Represent the company as a thought leader with customers, partners, and the broader market.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in Product Management, with 7+ years in e-commerce or retail technology.3+ years in leadership, managing product teams of 5+ members.Proven success defining vision, building, and scaling SaaS / e-commerce products, including AI / ML-powered solutions.Experience leading product integration efforts post-acquisition or across multi-product environments.Deep expertise in search, recommendations, personalization, and feed management.Strong technical foundation in SaaS, APIs, and modern commerce architectures.Experience with enterprise e-commerce platforms and data-driven product decision-making.Bonus : familiarity with LLMs, conversational commerce, agent-based AI systems, or advanced personalization technologies.Advanced degree (MS, MBA, or related field) preferred.Benefits
