We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Product Management to lead a critical functional area that directly impacts millions of users. In this role, you will define the product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy while building and mentoring a high-performing team of product managers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to deliver innovative solutions that balance customer needs with business objectives. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines strategic influence with execution, providing opportunities to shape the direction of complex, high-impact products in a dynamic, fast-growing environment. The position offers autonomy, the ability to make key product decisions, and the chance to contribute to company-level strategy.
Accountabilities :
- Lead a team of product managers, setting priorities and empowering them to achieve results.
- Own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for a defined functional area.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user discovery to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and communicate compelling product roadmaps that balance short-term wins with long-term transformative initiatives.
- Define success metrics and establish data-driven feedback loops to measure impact and guide continuous improvement.
- Build business cases and influence executive stakeholders through clear articulation of vision and outcomes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ship products that meet user needs and business objectives.
- Support recruitment and development of world-class product talent.
Requirements
10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, insurance technology, or similarly complex domains.5+ years of experience leading and developing product managers, building high-performing teams.Proven track record of owning and scaling a significant functional area or business domain from strategy through execution.Strong expertise in product discovery, market research, and translating customer insights into actionable strategies.Analytical mindset with experience defining key metrics and using data to drive decisions.Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives and enterprise customers.Experience establishing product methodologies, frameworks, and best practices to elevate team performance.Strategic planning skills that balance ambitious vision with pragmatic execution.Experience in insurance, financial services, or highly regulated industries is a strong plus.Benefits
