We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Director to lead our Behavioral Health team in the scenic city of Vancouver, WA.
This pivotal role involves overseeing a diverse team of 15-20 professionals and delivering exceptional care to our behavioral and mental health population.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in counseling or social work, with at least five years of hands-on experience.
As a leader in our organization, you will be instrumental in shaping the direction of our programs and ensuring the highest quality of service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of the behavioral health program, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to a team of dedicated professionals.
- Develop and oversee program budgets, resources, and objectives.
- Implement evidence-based practices to enhance program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve service delivery.
- Analyze statistical data to inform decision-making and report on program outcomes.
Qualifications :
- A Master's degree or higher in counseling or social sciences from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) in Washington State.
- A minimum of five years' experience as a qualified counselor, as defined by WAC 388-805 or its successor.
- At least one year of clinical supervisory experience.
- Preferred : Eligibility to meet the licensing requirements of a Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) in Washington State.
- Demonstrated experience with statistical methods, budget management, personnel supervision, and program management.
- Registration as a Mental Health Professional in Washington State is required.
