Quality Manager / Supplier ODA Focal

Location : Plainfield, Indiana Employment Type : Full-Time

We are seeking a Quality Manager / Supplier ODA Focal to lead quality management and regulatory compliance programs in Plainfield, Indiana. This role will oversee quality systems, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives while serving as the primary FAA Supplier ODA focal, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

What You'll Do

• Lead quality management programs (ISO / AS / IATF compliance, audits, CPAR, SPC, CQIB).
• Drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement across all functions.
• Manage ODA Unit Member records, training, audits, and FAA communications.
• Partner with leadership to align quality goals with corporate objectives.
• Supervise and develop quality department teams.

What We're Looking For

Preferred : ASQ certification, ISO Lead Assessor, and 5+ years QA / ODA Focal experience.
