Field Coordinator

Spectrum Painting in Pompton Lakes, NJ is currently hiring a full-time Field Coordinator to join our team . Not everyone will qualify, so please read the requirements carefully.

First-year compensation is $60,000+ plus benefits, based on work history and experience. This position will grow as the company grows.

You will be responsible for overseeing crews and work throughout the Northern New Jersey area, approx. a 1-hour radius around Pompton Lakes, NJ.

You must live within 45min of Pompton Lakes and have an excellent driving record.

You must be experienced in overseeing multiple crews, giving feedback, managing customers, and Leading other Leaders.
