Your Day-to-Day Will Include :
- Supervising and directing day-to-day activities of field crews.
- Managing the equipment yard to ensure readiness and organization of machinery.
- Facilitating equipment logistics between various project sites.
- Collaborating with the maintenance team on equipment schedules and repairs.
- Enforcing adherence to company safety policies across all operations.
- Communicating with project managers to optimize manpower and equipment deployment.
- Planning site logistics and preparing sites for project commencement.
- Evaluating project progress and creating field reports.
About You :
Have 5+ years in heavy civil construction or equipment management.Exhibit robust leadership abilities with field team management experience.Skilled with heavy machinery, including excavators and loaders.Able to interpret job plans and scheduling documents.Possess top-notch communication and organizational skills.Hold a valid driver's license, with CDL as a bonus.OSHA 30 certified applicants preferred.Our Offerings :
