What you will be doing :

• Responsible for managing all certifications to ensure compliance with NSF / ANSI drinking water treatment industry standards and the Healthy H2O Act which requires participants to have third party validations.
• Creating and implementing quality control policies, procedures, and standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and best in class initiatives.
• Responsible for preparing and conducting tests, analyzing results, and maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment as needed.
• Direct employees engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and products.
• Develop and implement corrective action plans and improvements to products and processes.
• Develop and implement process documentation such as process flow diagrams, PFMEAs, process control plans, work instructions, visual aids, and Quality alerts.
