Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex litigation matters from intake through trial and / or settlement
• Appear in both state and federal courts for hearings, conferences, and trials
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and briefs
• Conduct and manage discovery, depositions, and expert witness preparation
• Develop litigation strategy in collaboration with partners and clients
• Maintain and build client relationships
• Mentor junior attorneys and litigation support staff as needed
