75 MILE RADIUS RULE

WILL ACCEPT LOCALS AT A REDUCED RATE (less than 75 miles)

RVT or RVS REQUIRED

Shift : Mon-Fri 0830-1630

No Holidays or call

2-3 Years of Experience, preferred

ARDMS required

BLS required

EPIC exp preferred
