KEMIN ANIMAL NUTRITION AND HEALTH EMENA is seeking a Sales Manager Monogastrics.

Location : Spain (remote)

Are you passionate about monogastric animal nutrition and sales? Kemin is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our business unit expansion and drive sales growth in the Spanish swine and poultry markets.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving budgeted sales, margin, operating income, and sales expense financial indicators for assigned accounts. You will lead sales and service functions, ensuring consistent growth and building strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Achieve consistent growth in sales and gross margin within assigned monogastric accounts.
• Build accurate forecast reports for production and inventory planning.
• Lead business development and sales growth in the swine and poultry sectors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies.
• Identify prospective customers and develop strategic plans for key accounts.
• Deliver technical sales presentations on Kemin's monogastric product portfolio.
• Support customers with product trials and technical services.
• Represent Kemin at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
