Vice President, Business Development (Spectrum Superiority)
CACI is currently searching for a Vice President of Business Development to expand their existing business and lead the business development team in the Spectrum Superiority market aligned business. CACI requires an experienced business development executive who brings a strategic perspective, strong leadership and mentorship skills, and a track record of success in growing and expanding new / existing business.
The ideal candidate will have broad market awareness and trusted customer relationships within DoD and intelligence as well as with defense primes relevant to Electronic Warfare (EW), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Radio Frequency (RF), and Electro-Optical (EO) requirements and capabilities. The candidate should also have the technical and / or operational background / experience to leverage CACI's broad technologies, capabilities, and expertise to deliver unique solutions. The ideal candidate has experience both in developing and winning new business for capabilities as well as selling products into programs. He / she will possess domain knowledge and creative energy / aptitude to leverage CACI's diverse capabilities and technology to identify, develop, shape and drive to closure new opportunities. She / he will have proven experience collaborating to achieve new business growth and ability to shape and drive a dynamic, positive winning culture. The successful candidate will have existing relationships within the EW / SIGINT / RF / EO community, strong personal reputation and integrity, and demonstrated ability to develop and maintain trusted relationships. The role will report to the SVP of Business Development for the Space, Cyber, C3I and Spectrum Superiority Markets and will directly support the Spectrum Superiority Line of Business Leader.

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is : $199,200 - $468,100
