Engineer IV

Job Title : Engineer IV

Location : Houston, TX

Description :

Support : Provide Tier IV support for project-related issues.

Engineering & Design : Interpret / review / redline P&IDs, E&I schematics, lead automation-focused PHA, manage tagging, design parameters, hardware / instrumentation selection, control panel interfaces, and ensure compliance with WIMS standards.

PLC Programming : Develop logic for SCP / ESD PLCs, transmitters, compressors, Scada Packs, generators, vent fans, gas coolers, power monitoring, fire & gas detection. Configure devices / IPs, procure modules, coordinate with IT, and perform data testing.

HMI Automation : Create HMI screens and alarms for PLCs, transmitters, compressors, Scada Packs, generators, cooling / vent systems, fire & gas, station controls, reports, and trending. Manage Wonderware hardware / licenses.

Testing & Commissioning : Conduct FATs for control buildings, panels, MCCs. Commission full station control & automation systems, including PLCs, HMIs, devices, and SCADA.

Documentation : Maintain / test / verify C&E, IO lists, and related documents.

Experience : 5 10 years (oil & gas preferred).
