Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of large clients, ensuring retention and upsell targets are met
Develop and implement strategies in partnership with clients and internal teams to achieve desired outcomes
Deliver business reviews and reports while cultivating professional relationships with clients and consultants
Required Qualifications
7+ years of client success experience in the Benefits / Healthcare sector
Experience working with Fortune 100 clients or large group plans, particularly in the public sector
Proven ability to build professional relationships with senior management contacts
Experience delivering large, complex projects and analyzing data to support client value delivery
Familiarity with Salesforce and other account management platforms
