Director of Nursing

We are looking to hire an experienced Director of Nursing .

Creekside Post Acute located in Yucaipa, CA.

We are interested in a  Director of Nursing (RN - Registered Nurse) to help lead our team .

We offer extensive training and provide on-site consultants to assist in learning / implementing new systems.

Director of Nursing (DNS | RN)- is primarily accountable for the overall planning, implementation and operation of multiple clinical / nursing departments in order to meet the needs of the organization; provides leadership and expertise in the management of the department; has primary accountability for human resource management, financial management, and quality management for department and programs within incumbent's responsibility in support of the mission, vision.

Responsibilities Director of Nursing (DNS | RN) Overall Planning / Vision Provides vision, forward thinking and strategic planning in a proactive manner while being open-minded and creative in establishing a strategic direction for the entire Adult Acute Services; develops through an integration of ideas of those involved, an organized strategy to achieve both short and long term objectives for the department; effectively communicates strategy to obtain commitment by the responsible individuals; leads the strategic planning process for the respective department; ensures plans and objectives are integrated within the plans of the medical center; works with others in leadership as well as physicians to identify and evaluate programs and emerging technologies.
