Proficient in operating sit-down and sit-up forklifts. Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory and shipment handling. Basic computer skills for inventory scanning and data entry. Forklift Operator (Warehouse)
We are looking for a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to manage and transport materials. The ideal candidate has experience operating industrial forklifts and a strong commitment to safe working practices.
Shift / Hours : Monday - Friday Pay Rate : $17 - $18 / hr DOE Location : Fort Myers, FL Experience : 2+ Years Recent Forklift and Warehouse
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate a forklift (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck) to safely load, unload, stack, and move materials within the warehouse, production areas, and loading docks.
- Load and unload trucks and containers, accurately verifying the contents against shipping documentation.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas, ensuring efficient use of space.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including traffic management and pedestrian safety rules.
- Assist with manual loading / unloading and general warehouse duties as needed.
