RECEPTIONIST, Part Time – Generations Oakton Arms, Des Plaines, IL

Generations at Oakton Arms in Des Plaines, IL, seeks a Part Time Receptionist - $15.00 per hour

The Schedule is Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays, from 4pm-8pm, with Other Possible Hours as Needed.

The Ideal Candidate has some General Office Experience and is Warm, Personable and Customer Service Oriented.

Responsibilities of the Part Time Receptionist :

• Warmly greet and assist visitors, residents, and vendors
• Answer and direct incoming calls
• General clerical duties such as typing, filing, mail distribution
• Keep reception area neat and safe
