A company is looking for a Claims EDI Helpdesk Support professional to provide front-line assistance for electronic claims submissions and EDI-related inquiries in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound calls and emails from providers and trading partners regarding EDI claim submissions and processing issues
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electronic data interchange (EDI) formats and transactions
Document all interactions and collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred
1+ years of experience in customer service, helpdesk support, or healthcare claims processing
Familiarity with EDI formats (e.g., 837, 999, 277CA) and Medicaid claims systems is a plus
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and helpdesk ticketing systems
