As a Solution Architect, you'll be a part of our dynamic Professional Services team, crafting innovative solutions within the workforce / HR space.

A Day in the Life of a Solution Architect : Morning Coffee with Clients : Explore client needs, understand their tech stacks, and craft tailored solutions.

Prototyping with Python / Workato : Build prototypes, leveraging our iPaas, bringing your ideas to reality in support of our sales team.

Lunch with Sales : Collaborate with sales to ensure alignment of solutions to business strategies.Afternoon Innovation : Innovate solution architectures, integrating with customer's infrastructure.

Presenting to Stakeholders : Communicate your solutions to diverse audiences.Evening Collaboration : Collaborate with internal teams to align and integrate solutions.

Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in related field5+ years in a solutions architect roleKnowledge of workforce / HR space, HR tech stacks, data typesProficient with APIs, Python / Workato (our iPaas)Strong communication and creativityUnderstanding of large corporates, alignment of solutions beneficialExpected travel requirements 10% as neededExperience with SaaS solutions and data warehousesDiagramming data structures and HRIS connectionsServing as a consultant on solution architecture, deployment, designAs required by Equal Pay Transparency Act, Pearson provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado and New York City.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.

As required by the Colorado and New York City laws, the pay range for this position is as follows : Minimum full-time salary range begins at $100,000.
